Tardiff & Saldo Law Offices was founded by Tyler Saldo and Dustin Tardiff, two attorneys who grew up on the Central Coast, went to law school, and came home to build a practice that reflects what their community actually needs.

The firm's tagline, "A Different Kind of Law Firm," isn't marketing language. It describes a genuine operational difference. Most law firms are either litigators or transactional attorneys. We're both. And that means the contracts our business clients sign are drafted by attorneys who have argued contract breaches in court. The estate plans we create are structured by attorneys who have contested poorly drafted trusts in probate proceedings. The legal entity is Appellate Advocacy Group, which reflects another dimension of the firm's origin: appellate work has always been part of the practice. The name Tardiff and Saldo is how the community knows us, and it's what we stand behind.
